VIDEOCONFERENCE ON WEDNESDAY. BIOLOGY

Hello everyone! I think we have to review some concepts about the ecosystems before going on. And I am looking forworad to talk to you and see your faces...! What a about doing a videoconference on Wednseday the 13th at 11 am? Please, write in the comments if you have any other on line class that day ath the same hour. Another possibility is Thursday th 14th at 11 am. You will have to take your notbook and/or activities about unit 11 (Ecosphere) and a red pen. Note down if you have any doubts to ask. TASKS FOR THOSE WHO FAILED THE SECOND TERM

As I told you in the videoconference. those who failed the second term need to send to my gmail account the following tasks: For the invertebrates unit : after reviewing the unit with your book and notebook, copy the questions in the the presentation Invertebrates' quiz to review . Don't look at the answers, write on a paper the question and your answer. Then, take a red pen to correct your own answers. I want to see that you have been able to answer on your own and correct your own mistakes, don't worry if there are many mistakes (but don't answer before reading the unit at first) For the plants unit you have to do the following activities: Plants. retake activities (you should have already done it, I told you to do it before the classes where canceled). Send pictures of all the activities to my gmail account before Thursday the 30th

NUEVOS CRITERIOS DE CALIFICACIÓN

Tras muchos días de deliberación, y teniendo en cuenta las instrucciones de la Comunidad de Madrid sobre la evaluación del tercer trimestre, en el Departamento de Biología y Geología hemos decidido cambiar los criterios de calificación para 1º de ESO de la siguiente manera: 40% primera evaluación, 40% segunda evaluación y 20% tercera evaluación. En la tercera evaluación se tendrán en cuenta la entrega de actividades en fecha y la calidad de las actividades (siempre valorando las condiciones personales de cada alumno). El examen presencial que se hizo en esta 3ª evaluación antes del estado de alarma supondrá el 10% y las actividades el 10% restante. Las actividades de recuperación de la primera y/o segunda evaluación serán calificadas como Apto o no apto. Para la recuperación ordinaria (la de todo el curso, en el caso de los que tengan la materia entera suspensa), el alumnado deberá realizar una prueba presencial, si fuera posible.
